    Blackpool as a small air port for small planes (sorry no 747) there are trains from Manchester airport there are also busses from all over England
    you can get a round in taxis on a horse drawn carriage
    bus and on feet.

    This ticket is available at Blackpool North and is fantastic value. It allows unlimited travel across the north of England and you travel any 4 days in an 8 day period.
    Bounded by - Newcastle - Carlisle , Hull - Selby - Leeds - Halifax - Preston - Morecambe - BLACKPOOL - Southport (via Burscough stations) and the North Sea Coast.
    Not valid on Hull Trains or Grand Central trains and travel must be after 08.45.
    Any 4 days in 8 - adult £90, with a railcard £59.40 and child £45. 2015 prices.

    Lancashire Day Ranger ticket

    To explore the Lancashire area by train the railway station sells a ticket for a days unlimited travel on the trains. Bounded by the Irish Sea coast , Silverdale, Wennington, Clitheroe, Burnley, Hebden Bridge, Littleborough, Manchester Victoria, Earlestown, Liverpool Lime Street, James Street in Liverpool (but not valid on the Wirral) plus Eccles and Manchester Picadilly. After 08.45.
    Adult £22.50, child £11.25 and with a railcard £14.85. 2015 prices.

    This is not a real transport tip, but I had to take the picture. If you look closely on the side of the plane you will spot a famous name of an airline company. I thought it quite amusing!

    Everyone wants to take them home, they stand there week in week out, they always look so sad!!! Blackpool beach is well known for its famous Donkeys, every childs delight.

    Here's Wayne trying to zip round the dodgem car course, but had time for a little wave to me :)
    Not really a way to see Blackpool because you end up going round in circles - lol
