I love walking around in Bradgate park on a sunday afternoon. It has a lovely panorama.especially from the tower of old John. Lady Grey Jane , who was queen of England for 9 days was raised here as a kid. rumours say that she still haunts the mansion and the surrounding area in Bradgate park...

The thing I like most about Leicester is that it is such a multicultural city. There's a huge indian community in Leicester and to me it was a proof that multiculturalism can work.

I did my apprentice ship at the YMCA in Leicester (Aylestone) in 2003 and stayed with a guest family...so my fondest memory of Leicester is the guest family I stayed. Beside the family I also fell in love with vegetarian indian samosas
