A quick Re-Visit
Favorite thing: Sabs and Bigs had a break for 3 days in the Lakes before they returned on New Years Day for a final night and another of Hotel Sandy's compulsory board game of going to the sheep dog trials in Perth or getting blown off course whilst collecting souvenirs around the world!
Sabs and Bigs - Dec 2004
Favorite thing: It was great to have Sabs visit again and that Bigs accompanied her this time too so we could have our first meet.
We spent some time in Liverpool over 2 days doing some shopping and visiting museums before they spent a night at Hotel Sandy. ;-)
Steve, Sue and Sabs - Good Friday 2003
Fondest memory: Well of course visiting Liverpool is much more fun when friends are in tow.
I've enjoyed Laura's company here but she has to come again since I discovered Canada Boulevard for her!
Easter 2003 Steve, Susan and Sabs enjoyed their time here. So here we are having some relaxtion in the gardens of St Lukes, the bombed out church. Pics of our visit to Chester can be seen on the relevant page but in the travelogue below can be seen what they thought of the trip up the Radio City Tower. Thanks for all the fun!
Mini VT Meet Easter Saturday 2004
Fondest memory: Shopping with Laura was thirsty work and it was good opportunity to stop for a coffee and to meet up with VT'er Ayers_Rock_Where. Nice to sit down, rest the feet and have a chat about VT stuff with each other - glad you could be there :-)
The Caffeine was much needed before picking up Laura's hire car and tackling the roads of Liverpool - combination of my directions and the Liverpools one -way system is a stressful thing!
Laura Easter 2004
Fondest memory: A short but enjoyable visit with Laura to Liverpool: Arrived in the afternoon and after checking in to the Thistle Hotel we strolled out via Canadian Boulevard to the Museum of Liverpool Life- we had almost an hour here before it closed to enjoy the exhibits. The next day Laura was in her element shopping and I enjoyed helping her spend her money!
