Half hour boat trips can be taken around the dock complex and a "Duck Tour" involves a tour on land to the main sights of Liverpool ending with a "splashdown" in the Dock.....a bit pricey at £8 though for just under an hour I think. Its easy enough to walk around and explore, but if you are pushed for time and want to see as much as possible then I guess its worth while.
Fondest memory: A stroll around the Docks affords the chance for yet more reflections for me:-))
For more reflections of the Docks take a look at the travelogue.
Favorite thing: Granada Television had studios at the Albert Dock complex. Fred the weatherman used to bounce around a weather map just nearby giving the forecast - sadly looking the worse for wear these days. The famous story was a streaker also jumped and bounced around on the map too ;-)
