Sheringham Things to Do

This picturesque railway is run completely by volunteers and by donations from the public. It's a lovely ride from Sheringham to Holt where you can get a horse and cart into the centre of the town.

It features in a classic episode of Dad's Army too, so it's got to be worth a visit on that basis alone!

    Don't Panic, Don't Panic.....!!!!

For spectacular views of the Norfolk Coast and Sheringham Park, walk past the Hall and climb the steps to the gazebo. The gazebo was opened in 1988 by the Prince of Wales.

.....there's plenty of good trees to climb here. Be careful because I almost broke my ankle when I fell out of the tree shortly after this picture was taken.....
