GWR 1022 County Class The GWR 1022 Class or County class locomotives are a group of 4-6-0 steam locomotives built by the Great Western Railway. The County of Northampton was built in December 1946 at the Swindon Works and was withdrawn in October 1962 the locomotive was cut up and disposed of in January 1964.
