As a venue Malarki is ok with a good selection of music although can be repetitive if you visit on more than one occasion. I strongly advise not using the male toilets. They are poorly maintained, dirty and extremely odorous.
The bouncers are not much more than hired thugs that are not happy unless they are intimidating youngsters or even physically assaulting them. I am surprised that this has not been challenged by the management as the times I have witnessed this happen, it has been unprovoked and if brought to court, common assault. (if taken to civil court, the club is liable for damages under 'vicarious liability')
Sort it out Exchange management... it is a venue with great potential but poorly executed.
