The Jericho Cafe is a stylish Diner/cafe/deli situated in the popular district of Jericho,Oxford.A very popular place as everyone seems to mention it some time or other. We had breakfast here and sat upstairs so we could people watch,i had the full english breakfast with a round of toast and a coffee which was very nice but i have to say quite expensive as i didnt get much change from ten pounds for this.Apart from the price its a very nice place and the service was excellent as we didnt wait more than ten minutes for our food even though it was quite busy.
Favorite Dish: English breakfast, sausage, bacon, beans, egg and mushrooms with toast.

This is my favourite cafe in Oxford. There is a good mix of students, artist-types, and professionals (a microcosm of Jericho really), and if there is any place in Oxford akin to, say, the literary cafes of Paris, the Jericho Cafe would be it. It's bright, airy and comfortable inside. The large window at the front gives a great view of Jericho. On the walls there are murals depicting Oxford and some kitschy modernist paintings. Downstairs it's quieter and darker, and you could spend an entire day here in some dark corner without noticing the time go by. The staff are friendly, coffee is excellent, and best of all it's not a chain store.
