Here's a few tips for ya!
I always suggest to bring 'American Tourister" type luggage for many reasons: First of all they are semi-rigid, which means that they give just a bit when the punch in the luggage system hit's it, not breaking it apart. Second, it's convenient shape makes it easy to stowe home, in the overhead bins in planes and SPECIALLY, in the bins going in the plane, because believe me, I'm an airport employee, and when the luggage guys need to struggle with your luggage too much, stuff happens...Also, DON'T have them wrapped in plastic like the Air France carrier offers. It just makes the handlind for the ground crew harder and, well..;) This is no joke... this place get's bad weather..prepare for it!! And bring an extra pair of sneakers as well in case the others get wet!!
