Code Nightclub: The best superclub in Brum...

by TracyG Updated Jul 6, 2003

    1.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Probably the biggest club in Birmingham, this club is home to God's Kitchen, the hottest party night in the country and in Ibiza, and is resident to some of the best DJ's in the country

Dress Code: Smart & funky. No trainers, women can wear jeans but they have to be smart or designer.

    Flashback: Old Skool Dance Music

    by J_P_B Updated Jan 8, 2003

Perhaps the original Old Skool night in Britain, Flashback has been going for years now and Jimmy and Mo do a fine job with it. If you want a bit of a flavour of what the old rave scene was like then this is your best bet. They have a plethora of rooms including an Old Skool room (of course), Hardcore Techno room, Drum and Bass and a guest sound system room that plays anything from House to ambient - I played at one in November '02 and a mighty fine night it was too - not that I'm biased or anything!

Dress Code: None as such, but if you bring a fluorescent jacket, white gloves and a glow stick, you'll fit in just fine!

    Godskitchen: God's trance

by havardrb Written Mar 19, 2003

Great place, great party people. A must see when in Brum. Music was mostly trance the first night I was there, however variuos DJ's play their stuff, so you will get a variation.

Dress Code: "No effort - no entry", yes, which means "No Jeans AND No Sneakers"
