Coventry City was founded in 1883 by employees of Singer the cycle firm and changed its name from Singers F.C. to Coventry City in 1898. In 1899 after previous stays at Dowells Field and Stoke Road the club moved to Highfield Road where it remained until 2005. For the 2005–06 season, Coventry City moved to the new Ricoh Arena.
The Ricoh Arena is an stadium complex situated to the north of the city containing an all seater football stadium, an exhibition hall, a hotel, a leisure club, a casino and is also home to Arena Park Shopping Centre.

Coventry Football Club

People of Coventry are still supporting their club and hoping that Coventry Football Club will soon be again the premiership.
