If you are from the Eastern Europe or Western Europe you will pay a fare into the city and then one out of the city , not like some parts of europe where you pay a flat rate from A to B.

The ringroad. It's round...ok, no big deal. But each slip road only gives you a small distance to leave or join the roing road, I'm surprised that there aren't more accidents. But in all seriousness, it's not so bad once you get your head around it, pretty much like a car around a lamp post.. No! I'm kidding!
Unique Suggestions: Look at an up to date map, figure out which junction number you need to leave at, make sure you are aware of which junction you are at whilst driving and it's worth moving into the correct lane ready to leave ahead of time.
Fun Alternatives: No alternative really, it's pretty much the quickest way of getting from one side of Coventry to the other!
