I've been here a couple of times now and I wasn't impressed at first. The second time I went (very grudgingly), I had a really nice meal. It wasn't cheap and as far as authentic Italian goes, it was perhaps the more ubitquitous American interpretation of it. Having said that, it's always full, the service was good and the food hit the spot.

Favorite Dish: Very nice pizza and seafood.

It's recently been done up, but it still retains its charm. A very intimate restaurant with a slightly unusual menu that differs a little from other local fayre. Friendly staff and they often have live jazz playing. Worth a visit.

Favorite Dish: Tandoori Fish, Chicken Gushtabay and a Nan.

The triangle itself is in Moseley but most of the VT readers will never find there so I have also put an entry on my Birmingham page. There are around 50 balti houses who are members of the Asian Balti Restaurant Association based in Birmingham. The triangle itself is in the north part of Moseley and the southern part of Sparkbrook, both of which are just to the south of the city centre. There are 36 Balti Restaurants in the triangle bounded by the A435 and the A34. It is a very small area. It's origin is from Pakistan and Kashmir and the houses are famous for their huge naan breads (some as big as a table)
