    Nice lakes and forestry setting

    by jhorsfield30 Written May 31, 2012

Hotham Park is a public park in the seaside town of Bognor Regis, West Sussex, England. It was established by the founder of Bognor Sir Richard Hotham, who formerly resided at Hotham House (built 1792) which still stands today. The park is a popular local amenity for residents of the town and also is very popular with holiday makers. The park is located nearby to Butlins and the Town centre (wikipedia)

Cafe on site, with wetlands for preservation of fauna and birds. Nice walk route and play area for kids, the crazy golf has seen better days.

Is there anything more British than being on the beach in Bognor.
Fish'n chips when you get peckish or going to the kiosk by the beach
and buy some tea in a styrofoam mug or a '99 ice cream with a chocolate flake!
Pic is off my younger sister with her 2 boys and my daughter Clara.

  • Go and see Britain's strangest seaside house

by nigellewis Updated Jun 11, 2010

The White House is worth a visit. Walk from the town centre and towards the seafront and you will soon see this tall, single room-width cottage. For detials about it see the link below.

Unfortunately Bognor is not a sandy beach like Ryde on the IOW but
still great to sit on the beach and paddle or swim in the sea!

    Strolling down country lanes!

Put on a good pair of wellies in the winter months and
a good warm waterproof coat. Stroll down the country lanes
outside Bognor and grab a pub lunch with a pint of draught
    ale or stout!
