There is a choice of air biking, Body Max, Sports Injury Clinic, yoga, Acupuncture and Alexander Technique. The are male and female changing rooms with showers, althrough there are no lockers.
There is a friendly atmosphere and a great place to meet people.
Equipment: Own towels to use the gym and plenty of water, althrough you can get some. Air biking is thirsty work.
