Badsey Travel Guide

To me Badsey Church and surrounding Churchyard is one of the most picturesque that I have ever seen. I have been there as a guest at Christenings and Weddings and also as a Wedding Photographer.

As my position of Photographer I found it so easy to take good pictures because the churchyard is so pretty, especially in Spring with the Daffodils in bloom. You can get to the church via two gateways, one being a traditional Covered gateway which makes for great photo`s.

The Round Of Gras is a pub named after the local speciality Asparagus. The pub is now more of a restaurant and of course during the season the speciality is asparagras.

Dress Code: Anything.

Badsey has two football grounds which hosts Saturday and Sunday league teams. The one pitch is at the sport centre where you can also play cricket, hockey and archery.

Equipment: The usual individual equipment is required to be brought like boots, pads, bats etc., the team gear like kit is usually supplied.
