DUNK67 Says: Fleetwood can be reached from Blackpool by Tram. Although the Trams in the centre of Blackpool run on tracks seperate from the roads, once they pass the outskirts they are actually set in the road so cars etc. have to be wary at all times of approaching trams.

I visited Fleetwood on a trip to Blackpool, the only reason I went there was because I wanted to travel to the end of the Tram line. Not a lot of places were open and it was quite cold and windy.

Great views as far as the Lake Diistrict on a clear day, but beware when the tide goes out, the sand is extremeley dangerous, do not explore on your own - guides an be hired to show the safe path -......
