Glamis Castle (pronounced Glamz) has been described as a fairytale style castle. It is quite beautiful.
It is the childhood home of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother (1901-2002). (She was the mother of Queen Elizabeth II and the wife of George VI). Her real name was Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon.
