Instow may only be a small village, but it is lucky enough to have a great, family-run supermarket. You are able to buy most things there that you will need, and they sell lots of locally produced foods aswell. You are also able to buy Clotted Cream there, which you can post home to your friends:-)
What to buy: Clotted Cream, Instow Cheddar and lots of other locally produced foods. On Sunday mornings, go early for hot croissants and the Sunday Times, what a way to start the day!
