This shop has gone through a few changes since I was a young. It would have got a 4 star for curiosity then, but only because it took some looking through the old oak book-shelves to get what you wanted. Today finding books is far easier, though I do have a twinge of remorse for missing the chase for that illusive book! The staff a very helpful, and they will try to get any book by hook or by crook.

I have always found the staff friendly and willing to help you choose from their quite large assortment of indoor and outdoor wear. Probably not the sort of place to go if you want "cheap and cheerful", but on the other hand, you pay for what you get - I have clothes from Top Gear that are plus 3 years old, and still in good condition!
