A small group of us ate here on our first night - it was wonderful check the link for a sample menu.

The restaurant is located within a listed tythe barn, which was stylishly renovated in 2007. The Roland Restaurant offers modern English cooking from the grill, and takes advantage of local Lakeland produce. Roland is described as "a grown up space"; you should note that it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Favorite Dish: Try the quail and foie gras starter - and I am reliably informed that the steak main course will be excellent.
