Pauldelabar Says: Backpack. Hiking boots.Lightweight wet weather gear.Warm clothing - just in case. Insect repellent.First aid kit. Definately bring a camera and/or binoculars. The views are spectacular. Don't forget an OS map. When walking, a bottle of water is a good idea.
Pauldelabar Says: Newgale is well known as a surfing beach with great rolling waves crashing onto the beach. There is a surfing shop next to the petrol station where accessories can be bought and/or boards hired.
