Packing for the Irish weather

by Dabs

a raincoat is an essential item on any Ireland packing list, we didn't use an umbrella as the winds were quite strong and it would have been useless but we wore our raincoats for at least part of every day. If I return to Ireland, I'll probably buy a pair of rain pants as I got soaked 3 or 4 times.shoes with good treads especially for the Giant's Causewaylightweight pants if you don't have rain pants, they dry quickly

Forget the Stilettos!

A visit to see the sights in Antrim, in particular the Rope Bridge and Giant's Causeway, calls for sturdy foot wear. There is plenty of walking to be done, with some steep hills/stairs to conquer.Leave the stilettos at home!!
