    La Lea: Belfast Boogie

by Larnie Written Jun 1, 2005

This place is marketed as an exclusive club, but I found it to be very relaxed and enjoyable inside.
They get some good DJs on and the cocktails are very yummy!!
Drinks aren't cheap though, but it's a good place to top off a night.

Dress Code: Unfortunately the dress code is pretty strict. But where as usually this would attract a clientele of wankers the crowd is pretty cool.
We were backpacking and managed to get in wearing our backpacker "evening" attire. Which wasn't that flash, but maybe the foregin accents helped too!! :o)

this is la lea which is another one of belfasts newer night spots. Thsi is a really funky place to come to, it has like a buddist type theme to it with great decor and stuff. The music in here is also very good and you can dance the night away until the early hours. Very popular spot.

    Dress Code: smart casual

This was a couple that is reasonably new in Belfast. The decor was modern and included unisex toilets upstairs(can't see the attraction of those things really). All the beautiful people seemed to frequent this place (apart from three unshaven irish guys in yesterday's clothes). There is also some seperate areas for members only, well excuuse me!
