Visit the place that makes the "town" of Dunblane a true city - Dunblane Cathedral. Right in the middle of the town - can't miss it. See the fantastic Flentrop Organ, marvellous stained-glass windows, great wood carvings in the choir stalls and Leighton screen and historic markers throughout the building.
Services are held on Sundays at 10.30am (also 9.15am from mid-May to September).

If you would like to sample traditional good Scottish pub food in the town, this is the place to come. The pub has a small restaurant area so you won't feel crowded out and your service will be a bit more personal than in a larger place.
A good choice of traditional starters and favourite Scottish main courses such as steak pie, haggis/neeps/tatties, haddock + chips etc, all nicely home cooked and very nicely sized portions.
Only thing they need to do is ban smoking in the restaurant area completely, rather than trying to divide it without any partition.
Favorite Dish: Steak pie with all the trimmings. Nice succulent local steak with good gravy, tons of puff pastry and plenty of vegetables to decrease the guilt of all those other calories!
The soup is always worth having if you'd like to start eating straight away.
