Biscuit Cafe, Culross: Excellent coffee, cakes and light lunches

by Flying.Scotsman

An excellent coffee house upstairs and behind the Culross Pottery, tucked away near the Culross Palace garden. In fact, much of the produce used comes from the garden as well as various local suppliers. The atmosphere is brilliant; very friendly staff in a conservatory room with outdoor tables, weather permitting. The soups are home made and delicious. Cakes and locally roasted coffee are a specialty. Although the selection is limited, the quality is superb.

The Stag Inn: A pleasant stop in Falkland

by trvlrtom

The Stag Inn is a great stop in Falkland. The old building faces a green park, so you can have your pint either within the timbered walls or on the benches in the open air.
