All Three resteraunts are good to eat at. as I love all different types of food, and like to try my pallate with anything going.... All you can eat is a great diversion :o)Spice of india- have a nice buffet, where you help yourself to a wide selection of indian quizene, all tasty...Saramile(nepalese)- verry good cooks and cook to each individual order. will make spicy/sweet for you. Great bunch of guys too!Great Wall (chinese)- Also have a good buffet menu during the week, wide selection and good waiting staff.Red Dragon (chinese)- Personal favourite and my friend Simon Li is a great cook, I have taken a picture of him where he always serves with a simle. All you can eat!!!....ALL good, Red Dragon for the best chinese, and Saramile for nicest indian/nepal dish

There are no shops on foula and no pubs etc.The only shop is the post office which is tiny and sells stamps and postcards only. However if you stay in the B&B (Leraback) you get breakfast and evening meal (apparently large portions) Also a day time snack is provided.
