Chepstow is probably better known for it's racecourse.
It is in the grounds of the Historic Piercefield Park and stages racing all year round and is the home to many important fixtures in the racing calendar including the coral Eurobet Welsh National and the Golden Daffodil Stakes among many.
Chepstow Racecourse is a small undulating picturesque course. Because of the nature of the course viewing can be difficult at times.
Equipment: Plenty of money if you are a serious gambler but it isn`t necessary as you can have a good time with just a few small bets. A pair of binoculars would be a good idea to watch the horses when they are on the far side of the course.
