Situated right on the waterfront this charming pub is perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the lovely views of the harbour and surrounding area. Not a large pub but and not a lot of outdoor seating but most people just take their drinks over to the harbour and sit down there.Efficient staff as this place can get very busy during the summer months.Note that staff will ask you if you are going outside as drinks will be in plastic glasses only when doing so.

This is a small tired and worn looking pub, they do food during the day stopping in the afternoon.
Despite it's name their are not really any noticable period features in the interior which i found quite dissapointing.
we called in for a drink after walking around the town before heading back to the camp site.

This is a nice friendly pub with a games room, a large tap room lounge and a Beer garden at the rear. The last time I went in was on a Tuesday (late afternoon) and it was quiet with only us in, but I have been in a couple of years ago on a Saturday night and it was packed. There was a very friendly atmosphere that made us feel welcome and we had a really good night.
