Broadway Boulevard: Lights on Broadway

After going on a hen party bar crawl around Llandudno and feeling quite disappointed with the nightlife... we stumbled into Broadway Boulevard.. I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to be there, but within 15 minutes the DJ was playingf my favourite song, I had a drink which hadn't cost me the earth and we were all having a fab time!!!

I had a word with a member of staff to see if I could get some bubbly or something for the hen and 10 minutes later we had a fish bowl of cocktails, a round of shots and some party goodies to make our night even better!!!!

I would seriously recommend you visit Broadway Boulevard whether you live in Llandudno or close by or are on a night out - the hen party package we got was fab and we didn't even book in advance so I imagine if you book in advance it'll be great!!!!

Dress Code: smart, casual, don't think you can wear trainers or sports tops/clothes

Wild: A wild night on the Orme

Night Owl

High above Llandudno's beaches the Horseshoe Bats, Toads and Badgers steal from the shadows and damp caves.

Blinking from their slumber Little Owl and Tawney Owl flash open their eyes alert to the noise of a shrew dashing after black beetles.

By the miners old cottages the sound of a crashing dustbin finds a fox gorging himself on an abandoned picnic.

As darkness shrouds the Great Orme and the temperature drops, these are the signals to the nocturnal world for another busy night under the stars.

Dress Code: Wear warm clothes for your nocturnal forays and look out for the goats.

If you are over 18 and are looking for a place to spend a lively evening, then you try out this popular night spot.

The interior decor is contemporary and inviting, and located on three floors.

The ground floor is the entrance, the second floor has two bars and a dance floor and overlooks St Georges Street, and the third floor contains a cocktail bar with a more reserved atmosphere.

Dress Code: No sportswear, jeans or hoodies.

Drink inside or outside in the beer garden. The interior is warm and inviting, with big squasy sofas arranged around a large woodstove.

Soft music plays in the background. As the evening wears on, the atmosphere usually becomes a bit livelier. This is a very popular place for locals to gather

The JD Weatherspoon pub chain have taken over this rather magnificent theatre and turned it into one of the largest pubs in Wales.

It must have been opened with some pride, but over the years gradually became somewhat rundown as it limped on with Cinema showings and Bingo.

Much has been restored, although it is a pity that the balconies of the theatre can't be used as seating areas. The 'stage' area is also somewhat disappointing as it looks no more than a rather cheap stage set for an Agatha-Christie country house murder mystery.

The beer is cheap, and the place seems to have a certain buzz. Children welcome during the day.

Worth walking through (there is an entrance at either end) to admire the Victorian theatre architecture even if you are not in need of 'lubrication.'
