Really, there aren't a lot of shoppping opportunities on the Lleyn. For gift type shops try Abersoch and Criccieth. For every day groceries, there are a few village shops scattered amongst the small villages but you have to know where!!! and the odd butcher's van that travels the length and breadth of the peninsula.For supermarket shopping, Pwllheli is your best bet, with a large Co-op with parking, a Kwiksave and an Iceland. Also in Pwllheli is a a fishmongers which I must admit, we found few and far between.A weekly market is held, a popular event. Parking was a problem, I remember.Abersoch has a Spar shop.
