Being some warm clothings, also in the summer. As you might know, weather is fast changing in the UK and especially so up on the mountain. Wear comfortable shoes.
Bring a big dog... When I was "walking" up the mountain (just like walking up a very steep slope for miles on well-establised path), I saw several (or rather many) people having big or small dogs with them. At that tiring time, how I wish I got a big dog to pull me up the mountain. :-P.
