This cafe is in Bridgend Outlet Centre. It is an old established Italian cafe offering Hot drinks, toasted sandwiches, panini and baguettes as well as jacket potatoes. There is also a selection of ice cream.
We ordered hot chocolate and panini with oven roasted Mediterranean vegetables. There was supposed to be mozarella cheese but we didn't get any..
The toasted cheese panini was excellent. Prices varied around £4.50- £5.50
The walls were decorated with old black and white photographs showing the family and premises through time.
Favorite Dish: Hot chocolate which had marshmallow and cream . It was delicious. It cost £3 plus 0.55 for any extras.

This 15 Century coaching inn is very atmospheric with its wooden beams and plastered walls. There is also a conservatory and outside seating, as well as a function room, a bar and other seating areas.
The walls are decorated with pictures of Wellington, soldiers of that era. and a map of the battle of Waterloo.
Favorite Dish: I had leeky pudding which was interesting. Itis a vegetarian dish consisting of leeks, potatoes and Caerphilly cheese in a pastry, served on mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables with a leek sauce . Price £5.50

Quick and ready foods and the lunchtime special which offers a quick meal for less than 1.50 on most options.
However, be prepared for the school rush at lunchtimes and evenings.
Favorite Dish: Rice + curry = £1.00
Bargain. The curry is a good consisitancy and the rice is cooked to a good standard.

The pizza hut in the outlet village, has a lunchtime special 12 - 2pm for 4.95 (not include drinks).
The pizza hut staff are usually prompt to recieve guests and provide good alround service even during busier periods.
The best time is after 1pm when the majority of the working class has gone back to work.
The pasta selection is a particular favorite and the high chair access for children and friendliness of certain staff is well appreciated. Only grumble is the walkway into the main seating area for people with push chairs and wheelchairs can become cramped.
Favorite Dish: Pasta meals - carbonara and tomato pasta.

Good parking, and into the restaurant.
Good decor and quality of lighting. Nice spacing and plenty of room for parties of 4 or more.
We was met by staff promptly and seated quite quickly. Our order was taken readily and the party of four quickly headed for the well stocked and well prepared food display.
Personally, I really get my monies worth from all buffets I visit, especially on a birthday outing. Plenty of the usual items, korma, tikka, salad, pops and more.
Even though the food was very good quality. I can't remember a certain dish that stuck out in my mind. I would recommend this restaurant for the range of foods on offer for the buffet and the size to accomodate larger parties.
Favorite Dish: Chicken Korma and popadom rolls.
The brandy dessert was particulary nice and tea and coffee for dessert went down quite well.

Good redesign of the outside and the inside is well presented and well meet by the curtous and friendly staff.
The opportunity to select your meal from the menu without rush was found and I personally have always found the restaurant to be well spaced and no too crowded.
Good quality of food, however, nothing particular sticks in my mind.
I would recommend this restaurant for there special offer for the value..
