This trip is a combo with Khor Virap if provided by Hyur agency. It takes a whole day and includes a visit to the birth place of famous Armenian poet. A couple of hours are spent on lunch (set menus, 4 choices) mainly because the service in the restaurant is clumsy. Redeeming factor is the location (right by a river and a cave where not so long ago was discovered the oldest slipper in the world!) and the fact that you can look at a sturgeon swimming in a river, point at it and have it for lunch. Now, for this procedure you might need more than a couple of hours.
