Armenia must-haves

Pack light, as local transportation is often crowded and large bags are not appreciated. Shoes-bring along a pair of house slippers. Armenians usually don't wear street shoes indoors. Dental floss and deodorant are hard to find in Armenia. Bring a flashlight if going to the villages. Lights are not left on at night and you may have to venture out to an outhouse.

You need a visa to enter Armenia

If you fly to Armenia, you can apply for e-visa! The advantage of e-visa is that you don't have to have an Armenian Embassy/Consulate in your country, and you don't have to go all way through all the bureaucracy. As far as I know e-visas are issued in 2 days. You can check the Foreign Ministry's website.
