We all had a wonderful time riding around on a jet ski! We rented it for an hour and my husband took us all for rides and we had a wonderful time!
The water slides are a lot of fun! All of us enjoyed hours of sliding down the slides and swimming at the pools! You definately will not want to miss them, so remember to pack your swim suits!
The paddle boats are a lot of fun. They have 2 different sizes at the resort that you can reserve and use. A great way to have fun and get exercise at the same time!
Good for: Couples
You can order a drink from the Pool Bar and sit around the pool and relax and enjoy the evening. From here you can see the pool and the beach type area as well as the resort.
Dress Code: Whatever you like, swimwear, casual, dress casual.
Many people think that there is only option of Hawar Resort Hotel when traveling to Hawar island.
Hawar Resort Hotel is expensive and luxurius but you have cheaper alternatives managed by another tourism company.
Fun Alternatives: Actually there are two other resorts at more affordable rates and managed by STC (southern tourism company).

Swimsuits, flip flops or sandles, casual clothing, and maybe a couple of casual dress outfits. Cool clothing, for hot weather!
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Suncreen is a must! The sun is intense here! Maybe some bandaids for any bumps or bruises. Bring what you usually use for toiletries and hope you don't forget anything! There aren't any stores to go buy anything you forget. You will have to rely on the small gift shop, or hope they have something at the hotel desk.
Photo Equipment: Bring your camera and plenty of film, or a nice size memory card! You will be able to get some really nice pictures here!
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Be sure and bring a nice beach towel for all the swimming you will be doing!

What to say? It's very quiet, there's a three star hotel and the views are about as pretty as you can get in the middle of the arabian gulf. It's not party city though.
