Jim's is a small little irish restaurant off of shwarma alley in adliyah. Can't beat the hospitality anywhere and the food is great. reservations are recommended but jim will get you in if you faulter. One of my highest recommendations for dining in bahrain.

Favorite Dish: Garlic Mushrooms for appetizer, can't beat them anywhere, and the filet steak with brandy and peppercorn sauce is awesome.

Jim's Restaurant.
This place is spectacular. It's a small Irish restaurant down in an alley behind the Gulf Hotel.
The owner, Jim, is a fantastic host. Jim and his his staff have a great amount of hospitality. I suggest making reservations ahead of time, as this is a small yet very busy place.
The atmosphere is awesome. Small, quiet, secluded, and yet still very happening. The best quality is the service. The owner comes to each table to check on you and ensures your visit is an exciting and rememberable one. And last, but definitely not least, the food is superb.

Favorite Dish: Jim will bring out the daily specials on a chalkboard and place right at your table.
My usual trip in there includes Deep fried prawns for an appitizer, a few pints of guinness, Irish stew for main entree, and an apple pie with ice cream and an Irish coffeee for dessert.
