Al-Areen Wildlife Park and Reserve is a huge wildlife park located outskirts of the City.

The whole area is very clean and well maintained. They have numerous numbers of gazelles, flamingos, ostrich, ducks, goats, birds, giraffe etc.

The entrance fee is 500Fils, this includes a bus tour within the park. This will take about 45 minutes with one stop at the Water Bird Park for 20 minutes.

Both adult and kids will enjoy the trip.

Along the way down to south west of Bahrain, about 45 minutes driving from Manama city, there is a wildlife park where you can see various desert animals in their habitants.

There are animals like camel, ostrich, goat, donkey, arabian oryx, and various birds like flamingo, ducks, pelican, etc.

Inside you will have a small park with its pond, and for greater to the desert area, you can hop a tour bus (included with your entrance ticket) which departs every hour. However, last bus schedule is at 16:00 so you better come earlier.

It's a great place to visit for family.
