Cave in New Athos

Millions years it hid the secrets in bowels of Iverskoj mountain and the quarter of century ago and was open recently -1961. And in 1975 on the artificial tunnel which has been carried out to a cave, has passed the first train " the cave underground " with tourists.New Athos's cave is the enormous karstic cavity, on the sizes competes to the most eminent vaults of the world, and volume number with such giants, as Cerjanska cave in Yugoslavia and Carlsbad's cave in USA. The cave consists of 9 halls. For visitors 6 halls are open only. In halls of a cave was made a foot path in length of 1,4 kilometers with survey platforms art illumination also is arranged. All halls are sounded.
