Esfhan airport is far from the City if you are going from Tehran to Isfahan i recomend you to do not fly there ,go with car or bus there is a good road between two cities also Train is available

The choice of transportation around Esfahan would be walking. The distances are not great and it's a good way to enjoy the city. For places farther away the bus is a good and cheap way of getting where you want. It will take some asking around though to get on the right one.

The newer buses to Shiraz are 25,000 Rial with a snack included. The trip is around 7-8 hours.
