Alborz is a familiar name for almost everyone in Tehran as it is famous for its super long skewers of kebob. It is a favorite among real kebob lovers.

Alighapoo restaurant interior.

Typical local food place. Excellent kebab, probably the best I had in Iran. Beautifuly appointed room. The service is OK.

Favorite Dish: The chicken kebab was succulent. I appreciated the fresh chillies.
