The Iranians are very hospitable but if you really want to get them smiling, mention football. The national team cannot be ranked among the world's greatest but Iranians still remember - of course - the time they beat the USA at the World Cup in France in 1998. And 20 years earlier the team had held Scotland to a 1-1 draw in Argentina. With all the enthusiasm, and the population, Iran will eventually produce a team that will surprise one or two countries.

underneath this high there's not always enough snow!
if you are beginner try a smaller resort rather than the big well known ones (like "AB-ALI").
the smaller resort are less crowded and which is very important less expensive.
Equipment: you need a wind and waterproof(and warm) jacket.
agood outdoor jacket will do with a good pullover underneath.

one of my favorite sports to be done in iran was skiing and snowboarding.ofcourse it's mostly done in winter.
if you are going to make a tour in iran ,don't forget that the resorts of arround tehran are very beautifull and have good condition for you'r purpose.
i had many good memento's in "dizin".
it's located above of tehran and it's the unique resort in the middle east.
Equipment: the only thing you need to bring with yourself are warm clothes and also you need gloves and sunglasses.
