    Well when you first see it happen it is a bit overwhelming. Iraq has alot of roadside "markets" and among them are some very very fresh meat products. It doesn't look all to sanitary to western world standards....but the Iraq people are surviving so it must work. You'll see fresh sheep, goat and lambs. Had a few kabobs from a place in Tirkit....
