the best thing to do if you stay in petah tiqwa is to take the bus/taxi to tel aviv - you can take bus to tel aviv 49/66/82/51 and enjoy a great evening there its only 20-30 minutes drive.
If you want to come to petah tiqwa for some reason you can do it easily !
