17 April 2009, Friday – Orthodox Great and Holy FridayAn excursion to Jordan (Petra and Aqaba) from 7.30 till 20.00 (12,5 hours).Driving by minibus to the Border Terminal and passing the border of Israel-Jordan from 7.30 till 8.30.Driving by bus from Aqaba to Petra via Wadi Rum and Wadi Musa from 8.30 till 11.30 (3 hours).An excursion in Petra from 11.30 till 15.30 (4 hours). Horse ride to the Siq Canyon. Walking along the Siq to the Treasury, the Theatre, the Street of Facades. Climbing to the Tombs. After dinner driving by bus to Aqaba from 16.00 till 18.00 (2 hours).An excursion around Aqaba from 18.00 till 19.00 (1 hour).Passing the border and coming back to Eilat at 20.00.After supper - an evening walk along Eilat from 21.00 till 22.00 (1 hour).Night in Eilat.
