The tower of time is a museum inside Caesarea.
Here you can see about old times with an animated movie , presentation and characters from the history of the place.
To my opinion it is boring - the only thing that i like was the animated movie - a ten minutes movie with beautiful images of the old city - the port , life.
Unique Suggestions: Go and see the animated movie.
Fun Alternatives: Walk in the place and see the architecture and landscape.

Because it is a touristic place you will find also that the food prices are expensive.
