In this small Druze village of Horfesh, you will find Abdou at his tiny shop preparing Lebanese and Israeli dishes. They are prepared FRESH, right in front of your eyes. He takes dough and bakes rolls it out into a flat bread, then adds the ingredients you want, be it cheese, lamb, tuna or....then he drops it into an open oven (like a pizza oven, he also does small pizza's) and you will enjoy what comes out.
Favorite Dish: We had several different combinations of Sambusak and even a small pizza, all were finished in record time. It was after we photographed Abdou in his preparations and we asked him to sit with us and tell us about the food, that he invited us to have coffee with him and we were later invited to his home.Related to:
