Favorite thing: Here at Kfar Blum in the far north east of Israel, near the sources of the Jordan River you can enjoy the few river rapids that the Jordan River supports. These white water rapids would be in the range of Level I, or maybe in flood Level II. During times of drought you may find that you can cross the river without getting your butt wet.
To find Kfar Blum and its rafting/water sports you take highway 90 toward Kiryat Shemona, at the junction turn right onto 977. When you reach the junction with 9778 turn left onto 9778 and go till you hit Kfar Blum..from there you should see the signs to the water sport area.
