This small indoor pool is where the water comes out of the ground.
Their temperture is even higher than at the outdoor pools (at the above tip)
and they it is about 50c.
You can feel the little natural stones on the ground (while you're at the pool) and you should go in slowly slowly and let your body get used to the temp'.
Once you're in, it feels great, it feels like you're so close to nature since its
not a regular swimming pool or something like that, Simply nature at its best.
And lets not forget the important thing here, This water obviousy contains a lot of minerals that help to Your body whether you have health problems / skin problems or not. It gives a great feeling to your skin. Absolutely a must.

Hamat Gader offers more attractions then the pools.
There is the crocodiles farm which also offers feeding shows from time to time.
Asides that there's the birds farm and show, and more animals to see
such as a few Australian Birds, Snakes etc' etc'.
Personaly i see that as attractions for kids, i didnt feel very curios except for
the crocodiles that i wanted to see but that is boring after a few min'...
After all these monsters do nothing there but swim or sleep.

This very popular site is mentioned already 5000 years ago and was used a lot
during the Romans times. You can also see the Roman's ruins in the site.
The pools are considered to be very very healthy although they do not smell too good :-)
But a few good showers afterwards and you'll totaly get rid of the smell.
The water's tempertur is about 40c and its totaly relaxing.
In the middle of the pools you can enjoy the feeling of a Jaccuzie inside the pool
while lieing on the "beds" inside the water.

According to an official survey, this was the most popular place in Israel at 2004 with 735,000 visitors. This place was used as hot bathes at Roman times and the Roman ruins can still be seen in the site. There also modern pools, varying in temperature, but all smell like rotten eggs from the sulphur... There are plenty of attractions for the kids like the crockodile farm and much more. The site is open until late at night, which is the best time to enjoy the hot water.
See more in the travelogue.
