the border israel-lebanon is not for tourists,but who can cross? soldiers of israeli army,soldiers of the christian south lebanese army who came to israel when the israelis left the occupied security zone in south lebanon,wounded people needing help(they go to rambam hospital in haifa),journalists, and farmers who have commercial link with the northern kibbutzim
